City Steps is a consortium of housing and case management resources for homeless and unstably housed transitional aged youth between the ages of 18 and 24. Services include transitional housing, permanent supportive housing, case management, life skills and workforce development.

Geraldine Young Family Life Center
The Geraldine Young Family Life Center is a transitional living program serving parenting youth, ages 18-24 that provides supportive case management, independent living skills training, educational and job coaching to support job skills and income growth for homeless or unstably housed youth and their children. Residential services are available for 12 young parents and their children for a period of up to 24 months.
Eligibility: Homeless individuals 18-24, low income women with/ without a disability and their family members.
Capacity: 12 units.
Restoration Gardens
Restoration Gardens (RG) is a 44-unit apartment complex in Southern Park Heights for transition aged youth. The building includes a fully computer-networked building with enhanced support and community services, with strong ties to employment and educational opportunities employment and education opportunities.
Eligibility: Low income, unstably housed or homeless, transitional aged youth (18-24).
Capacity: 44 units.
Restoration Gardens 2
Restoration Gardens 2 (RG2) is a 42-unit apartment complex at the beginning of the York Road Corridor in the Penn-Lucy neighborhood of East Baltimore. Similar to RG, RG2 is a fully computer-networked Silver LEED Green Certified building that provides on-site case management, workforce development and other support services for residents.
Eligibility: Low income, street homeless transitional aged youth (18-24)
Capacity: 42 units.
Youth Space
Youth Space is our Supportive Housing Program for Youth, age 18-24 at scattered sites throughout Baltimore City. This program is available to youth with a history of homelessness and with a qualifying disability.
Eligibility: Low income, unstably housed or homeless, transitional aged youth (18-24) with a qualifying disability.
Capacity: 20 units.
