Channa Williams is the Chair of the AIRS | EHM Board of Directors. Ms. Williams serves as the Vice President and Controller for Achievement First Inc., a Charter Management Operator that manages 38 schools in five cities (New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island) and, is a successful financial executive with 17+ years of experience in corporate and government sector.
Jasmine Richardson was appointed to the AIRS | EHM board in July of 2020. A risk and controls professional with years of progressive experience in Accounting, Auditing, Risk and SOX Project Management Jasmine is currently the Financial Risk & Controls Senior Manager, AVP with T. Rowe Price.
Alice Cole is a retired Educator and Employment and Training Professional. She taught for six years in the Baltimore City Public School System before moving on to an administrative position.
David Bookhout is a Senior Director of Real Estate Development at AvalonBay Communities. At AvalonBay David is responsible for leading teams through all facets of the real estate development process from initial site identification through community stabilization.
Cheron Porter is the Senior Vice President of Public Relations for the Charlotte Housing Authority. She is a versatile and highly competent corporate communications professional possessing more than 20 years of experience in directing business development initiatives and in client relationship management.
Michele Hall-Davis is the Founder & President of the early learning childcare center Sweet Potato Kids, Inc. in Randallstown, MD.
Dana Hammonds Shuler is the Senior Director of Player Affairs and Development at the NFL Players Association. Dana was elected to the AIRS | EHM Board of Directors in October 2020 and brings a wealth of program development experience in the financial services field.
Anthony I. Butler (he/him/his) is President & CEO of AIDS Interfaith Residential Services, Inc. (AIRS) & Empire Homes of Maryland.
Anthony is responsible for the overall strategic and operational operations for AIRS & Empire Homes of Maryland, Inc. This includes the oversight of staff b, programs, expansion, and execution of its mission of providing supportive housing in Central Maryland for formerly homeless youth and individuals living with HIV/AIDS or a mental or physical disability.
Candace Drummond (she/her/hers) is the Director of Adult Housing Services and leads the Supportive Housing Division of AIRS. She is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of programming for all AIRS adult housing programs for our clients older than 25 years old and their households in both the Baltimore County and Baltimore City Continuums of Care.
Candace is responsible for identifying and addressing the needs of formerly homeless and unstably housed residents’ and the conditions that impact their housing, and implements responsive programming designed to enhance residents’ development, promote self-sufficiency and housing stability.
Nadiyah Williams (she/her/hers) is the Director of Youth Housing Services and leads the City Steps Division of AIRS.
Nadiyah leads the management of the permanent and transitional housing services and case management services for our transition aged youth (TAY) clients in the Baltimore City Continuum of Care.
