The Adult Permanent Housing Division of AIRS provides supportive case management and rental assistance throughout Baltimore City and County. Supportive case management focuses on greater access to healthcare, substance abuse recovery, employability and income, with the goal of strengthening self-sufficiency. Typical clients include those who are homeless, have very low income, are HIV + or have some other qualifying disability. Our housing subsidies are funded by HUD Supportive Housing Program, Ryan White funds, HUD Shelter Plus Care, and HUD 811 funds.
